Returns & Exchange Policy

At our label, every garment is custom-made with a great deal of care, time, and attention to detail. As each order is handcrafted specifically for you, we follow a limited and mindful return and exchange policy to ensure fairness while maintaining the integrity of our artisan-led production process.

Returns

We do not offer returns on made-to-order garments after 24 hours of receiving the package.

Should you wish to raise a return request due to a genuine issue, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. After this time frame, we will not be able to process any return requests under any circumstance.

To initiate a return inquiry within the 24-hour window, please email us at [your email] with:

  • Your order number
  • Unboxing video and photos of the item(s)
  • Clear explanation of the issue

Please note that return requests are only considered in the case of:

  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Significant manufacturing defect
  • Sizing error caused during production

Approved returns must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes changes may be necessary, and while we do not offer open exchanges, we are happy to review your concern on a case-by-case basis.

Exchange approvals are at the sole discretion of the brand and are subject to:

  • Nature of the concern
  • Product condition
  • Availability of size or style

If approved, the customer is responsible for safely shipping the item back to us, and any additional charges (logistics, alterations, or price differences) will be communicated prior to processing the exchange.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept return or exchange requests based on change of mind, dislike of style, or delay in delivery due to logistics beyond our control.
  • Sale items and customised orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Our team reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
